Clean the ceilings, power wash walls, shelves, and floors. Check that the seals on the doors are clean and functioning properly

Vacuum brush the coils on fridges / freezers to improve energy efficiency
Ice Machine
Defrost and deep clean and sanitize. Seals, door, scoop holders
Dry Storage
Wipe down all shelving units, check for spills or signs of pests

Hoods and Exhaust Fans
Remove and degrease the filters. Scrub the interior and exterior of the hood to remove grease buildup, which is a fire hazard
